OUR STUDIO
archemy.LA is a residential design and build firm that offers architectural, interiors, landscape design & construction services all under one roof. We are made up of a team of passionate individuals whose main ambition is to build beautiful spaces for amazing, inspired people with an eye for good design.
We service Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes, El Segundo, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Venice Beach, Santa Monica and the city of Los Angeles.

Asia is a citizen of the world and has lived in Europe, Africa, Australia and now the USA where she resides in Hermosa Beach with her husband, three big kids and three friendly cats. When not absorbed by all things related to architecture and construction, she takes every spare opportunity soak up the sunshine, ocean breezes and salty water of the South Bay, read, run, swim or do anything that means she can be outdoors.
Asia brings many years of experience building beautiful homes and interiors. She thinks of herself as a space maker, optimizing every inch of a home. As an architect and builder, she focuses on entire projects working with customers from design concept through build and turnkey delivery. Her focus is to put all the pieces together to make not only an efficient and functional home, but also a dazzling one.
ZIXUAN GUO
Designer
Master of Architecture, Washington University in St. Louis
Zixuan is a recent graduate of Washington University in St. Louis where she just finished her Masters Degree in Architecture. She also holds a five-year Bachelor Degree of Architecture which she completed in China. Zixuan came to the U.S. to connect with different cultures and expand her architectural horizons. Her focus in her architectural projects is on its impact on humanity, local culture and the environment. Zixuan also has a great passion for the synthesis of art and architecture, and likes to explore different forms of presentation and expression with painting, modeling and video.
In daily life, Zixuan likes fitness, painting, traveling with friends, hiking and snowboarding.
ALVIN CHAK LAM JUEN
Designer
B.A. in Architectural Studies, UCLA
A recent graduate from UCLA AUD, Alvin envisions architecture and innovative design as a continuous process of seeking and learning. Having lived in Hong Kong prior to coming to the US, he strives to further develop his perspectives in design through an open lens, so that spaces can be reimagined and relived not only for an individual, but for the collective community.
Alvin has a big affection for the color blue and loves to explore different kinds of competitive sports. Outside of architectural work, he also enjoys hiking in the Los Angeles and Malibu mountains.
BOXIAO WANG
Design Intern
Master of Architecture, UCLA
Boxiao is a final year Masters student at UCLA AUD. She started her architectural studies in China, where she explored architecture at various scales and worked on a number of cultural and housing projects.
With a focused mind and a skillful eye, Boxiao Wang's goals are always to combine technical clarity with conceptual daring. Amid the noise and clutter of media scrolling, she is nonetheless attentive to deeper modes of learning and it is evident in her detailed work.
In her spare time, Boxiao enjoys nature and making things with her hands. She also loves painting, planting, and cooking.
JERRY LUZA
General Contractor License #1070615
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering,
Mapua Institute of Technology
Jerry brings over twenty years of experience in residential construction and is a licensed general contractor. Jerry is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is responsible for overall project engineering and estimating along with coordination of all pre-construction preparations for company projects and authorizing operations and training procedures. Jerry has been afforded the opportunity to complete many high-end residential projects in Los Angeles.
Jerry is originally from the Philippines. When he isn't working hard you can find him enjoying the great outdoors with his family and friends on the weekends.
